It is rare these days to find an employer that values employees, upholds Core Values and makes decisions with true integrity. After 26 years of business, this family-owned operation strives for betterment in every way.

Cons

As a small business in a competitive market, we can be flexible and adaptable. This means employees are asked to wear different and/or multiple hats (some people like this, others may not).

Pros

Pay for little to no work if you decide that. (Unless you're in the warehouse and are needed.)

Cons

No infrastructure, sexual harassment, fraud, illegal activity, false promises, arguments, owners are neurodivergent, random children, females, dogs and possible client visits, active CEOS(owners) in building/living in building, conflicts of interest.

Employee discount, can get by doing very minimal, early shifts, early clock out time.

Managers are not qualified, only way to move up is if You are related or know the coo. Coo very disrespectful when having employee meeting.

You are overworked, there's no planning of projects. No direction and everyone feels it thats why theres a high turnover rate.

For individuals that want to skirt by, it's relatively easy to get away with doing the bare minium.

Cons

Difficult to get raises, even if they're well deserved and you provide proof of accomplishments. Executive management will push to release products before its ready. Lots of shortcuts taken. Executive Management doesn't respect employees. Lots of yelling and condescending talk. Core values are a joke. Owners are too busy with their side projects to be a part of the company.

Workers at the bottom are genuinely nice and hard working

This is a multi-level marketing company so beware! Management and owners are horrendous they treat loyal workers and 1st-level supervisors like trash. Turnover is extremely high due to 'profit-over-everything' mentality. I worked there in different departments for over two yrs and saw so much disregard for the hard work and flexibility of workers - it was never enough for the company. They have huge banners in their warehouses of 'core values' that are completely non-existent; it's a joke. They look the part when potential partners or investors come through but nothing is to standard. The food blending/weighing machines and rooms are disgusting - ac broken in rooms that are supposed to be controlled, workers sweating in the product. There were mosquitos repeatedly in a room for raw product and quality control would brush it off everytime i mentioned it. Products are marketed and sold as high quality, organic but no wonder so many returns. I processed those for awhile too and read the letters; complaint after complaint. This is a company that takes advantage of it's workers and the unsuspecting consumer. Do not work here or buy the products.

Pros

Great company with 3 fast growing divisions in the whole foods natural supplement industry. The company is fast pace with many customer events year round that you can participate in. Focused and driven senior management with a clear vision for optimal growth. Management is open to ideas that will improve the department's workflow and culture.

Many best practices were slow to implement because the company is growing at a fast pace.

Pros

40 hour work week Monday through Friday. Occasional over time on the weekends. People are nice.

Possibility of moving up in the company is basically impossible if you work in production. Pay is minimum. You get really dirty working in the blending department. Blending machines leak material so the powder will be in the air and you'll be inhaling it through the provided face masks. Get used to having your boogers resemble the color of the product you are producing. Cleanliness is not a priority here. To push product out the door you get rushed and will have to cut corners.

Pros

Growing company, fast paced work environment, great for gaining knowledge in the manufacturing industry.

Cons
