I have been working at Organifi full-time

    Pros

The culture and care of co-workers, casual dress code, that "family" feel everyday walking through the doors, sharing organization wide gratitudes. I know people have said "Organifi has changed my life." But I truly mean this place has made me better person. Not just in my career knowledge, but just as a whole. I am happier, healthier, and want this place to succeed. I have worked at other "Health and Wellness" companies, but they don't have near the amount passion in their mission as Organifi. The Director of Finance and CFO have an immense fountain of knowledge and I am growing daily because of it.

    Cons

Under staffing of key departments which can lead to burnout, but a huge initiative has taken place to fill these missing roles and we feel heard by management because of it. Department structures can be a little nontraditional (Which isn't always a bad thing!)

I have been working at Organifi full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    - Such a loving, growth-minded culture of transformation enthusiasts - Self-starters/initiative-taking and impactful results are celebrated - Morning team meditations lead by our CEO, daily huddle's "caught-being awesome" shoutouts, and weekly pancakes are easy highlights! - Consistent speakers and workshops every month focused on personal development allow me to feel invested in and encouraged to GROW - A team open to and promoting positive change, innovation, and new ways making larger impact

    Cons

    - Fast moving to a fault (ie priorities often need to stay agile)

I have been working at Organifi full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Incredible environment full of happy, motivated, creative people. Tons of freedom, fun and opportunity. Leadership is supportive and open to ideas. My contributions are recognized all the time and I truly feel like I have a long term company to grow in. I've grown so much as a person and a professional, in just a few months it's crazy. The company as a whole puts honest sincere interest in helping every individual succeed. If I wasn't experiencing it for myself, I wouldn't believe it but this place really has it right. Put people first and the company will flourish. I am truly grateful and humbled to get to work here everyday.

    Cons

It gets busy but support is literally everywhere and management is completely understanding.

I have been working at Organifi full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The culture is incredible; there's a lot of emphasis and support around personal development. There is a very unique and special connection between all employees. The work environment is open and "relaxed," and overall really fun.

    Cons

There could be more transparency and collaboration between departments

I worked at Organifi full-time for more than a year

    Pros

This looks like an amazing atmosphere but buyer beware.

    Cons

This company has zero integrity. Employees and customers mean nothing when compared to revenue. They are amazing at requesting polls and feedback from new employees to boost their ratings. This company continually does layoffs to boost numbers when their leadership team makes terrible business decisions. Unless you like working in a cut throat environment hidden behind the facade of a fun culture, don't bother.

I worked at Organifi full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You will get a hug as soon as you enter the building. Staff is encouraged to The people that you will meet within the walls of Organifi are the most loving and caring people that you will ever come across. There is an overall sense that everyone there is focused on personal development mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, and pretty much in every other aspect of their lives, which is amazing to be around. The amenities at Organifi are great as well. There's a ping pong table, sauna, gym, coffee machine that makes all sorts of lattes, a nice patio area, meditation room, etc. You also get free product, which is an amazing perk!

    Cons

What got to be annoying was hearing the "Oh, well this is a startup excuse" whenever something negative or unfavorable would happen. There is ZERO job security here. And although the two beautiful souls in People & Culture do their absolute BEST to shine light and happiness throughout this place you cannot ignore the undertones of people randomly being fired, budgets being cut, and people being overworked and undervalued. C-level and upper management pledge that they are transparent with everyone in the company, but that simply is not the case. And thats been evident especially over the past 6 months, and even more so recently. There's a reason why so many people are either leaving the company or getting fired. Which is a shame, because again, the People & Culture team does an incredible job with bringing in the absolute best talent there is. But when someone doesnt feel valued or respected, that all goes out of the window. Its actually pretty cringeworthy to see how amazing the culture is from the outside and then realize how employees are treated on the inside. There is little room for growth within the company, and unfortunately, C-Level is completely untouchable. Also, keep in mind, with all of the amazing reviews on here, the company really pushes employees to leave reviews in good favor, and thats to make sure that the employees leave reviews before they've been there long enough to really notice any of the actual issues this company is facing.

    I worked at Organifi full-time

    Pros

Seems like a good work culture

    Cons

This was the worst job I've ever had, with the worst boss I've ever had, and I've been around the block. This company promised me the moon, and wooed me away from a job I LOVED, so that they could try to make a little bit more money in the most greedy way. Once I started, all excited to work in this great culture, and make a ton of money, I quickly realized this company has a practice of preying on experienced people like myself and making them do the impossible or they get paid very little. My job looked normal on paper when I took it, like I said, I've been doing this a long time so I knew I could come in and help. But once I started, I got bait & switched. They wanted me to do things that just aren't done in my industry and make no sense, because it would make the company, and probably my boss a little bit more money. My manager was awful, someone who didn't care about helping me. He gave me unrealistic goals, got mad when I challenged them, didn't communicate at all, and didnt give me what I needed to succeed. The last 2 things in my opinion are absolute musts for a manager. Once it became obvious I didn't appreciate him giving me unrealistic and completely undoable goals to earn my income, he promptly fired me. So in a few months I went from a great company that loved me and and I loved, to leaving them for Organifi because I was promised so much more money that never materialized, and I got paid less, and then was fired. Later I heard that they've been doing this for quite sometime before me. They lure in experienced people, promise them the world, and when they cant deliver on their impossible goals, they fire them. No skin off their back because they tie the impossible goals to the compensation so they're not really out anything and can try again with the next unsuspecting person. But for the person, like me, I lost so much by agreeing to join this company. I lost a great job I love, that was about to give me vested stock options, and I had a great boss. I lost all of that by joining Organifi, and they don't care at all. I'm writing this to help someone from ending up like I did. Keep your job! It may sound better to work for Organifi, but it's not! They lie, and they'll do whatever it takes to make more money, even if that means taking it from you!
