I worked at Organo Gold International full-time

    Pros

Above average salary, (Indeed.ca is asking me to enter at least 5 words for Pros....but I don't have anything else to say.

    Cons

No leadership, no benefits, no plans, no objectives, no organizational structure, friends and family of the owner work there, no guidance. Really bad working environment. A lot...and I mean a LOT of employee turnover. No career opportunities or prospects for growth.

I worked at Organo Gold International full-time

    Pros

None, I suppose working in south-east Asia would be more worthwhile.

    Cons

    - Totally unorganised working environment, ignorant management
    - No career progression
    - The company has been sued many times because of illegal network marketing strategies
    - The service they provide it's a total scam and reflects on employees level of stress

    Advice to Management

Stop taking on unexperienced and narrow-minded people
