    Working public holidays, air con in meeting rooms too cold. (It’s really great working with Origin)

    I worked at Origin Energy full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Decent salary and working conditions.

    Cons

    Government department mentality and a lot of legacy staff still hold the company back.

    Advice to Management

    Stop worrying about your positions and make the decisions that you are hired and payed to do! Staff should be promoted based on their competence and level of experience not on who they know or how long they've been with the organisation!
