    Pros

    ESOP and benefits are pretty solid. Upper management always in reach if you need help. Minimal weekend hours which is always nice

    Cons

    Every branch always short staffed. Hard to get answers sometimes. Salary is low and bonuses can be low depending on branch

    got to connect with local customers who came in daily for their transactions.
    work hours are not unreasonable.

    Cons

    under staffed, employees are constantly being moved among branches to cover for other people.
    pays lower than other retail banks

    Advice to Management

    show more appreciation to employees within the branches (teller, customer service reps, assistant and branch managers)

    Pros

    For a first time job this opportunity was awesome. I was able to make friends. The schedule was very flexible and also some managers were understanding

    Cons

    Working for this company be prepared to move all over for coverage. It's really hard to get in contact with human resources. Pay was not all that
