    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Orlando Health & Rehabilitation Center full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The management is great. Supports you and assist when you need help.

    Cons

Wish pay was more. Work some weekends.

  2. "There is always oportunity for overtime. The pay is fair. Location is close to downtown and I4 and 408 tolls."

    Pros

As with any other job you will be working hard. There is room for advancement if you willing to become a nurse.

    Cons

You can acumulate PTO hours, but if you looking to retire from this job you have to be part of the union.

    Advice to Management

I love working in this facility but, it would be better if we can always have consistant amount of supplies and staffing would let employees choose the days they want to have off.

    Pros

Great working enviroment. Wonderful people to work with who were caring and wantes to do the right rhing by the patient.

    Cons

Poor pay structure for mid levels. No pay for over time. Worked 10 to 15 hours over per week and was paid for 40 hours.

    Advice to Management

You would keep more of your mid levels if the pay and hours were more appropriate.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Orlando Health & Rehabilitation Center (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fast and quick to hire, if need for a job apply!

    Cons

If you do not mind working a bit more for steady pay then it's not that bad.

    Advice to Management

Management is absent most of the time and when they are there it's because of state instead they should be constant and able to instruct firm but not intrusive.
