Pros
The Benefits are good and Oppurtunites to switch departments
Cons
Just a number, easily replaceable, admin only cares about their numbers
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
You are working among other highly qualified RNs. The company really values continuing education both for CE and tuition assistance/ loan forgiveness. I found their benefits package very fair and good for a healthcare company.
Cons
Management could be unreasonable to work with. While I had a lot of time enough, it often was not approved. They have trouble having enough RNs working on floors and are too short staffed.

Not the best
Aug 25, 2021 - Food Service Attendant in Orlando, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
You eat for free and the benefits are good.
Cons
It depends on who is management on whether you enjoy your job or not. There are favorite's in the kitchen and discrimination towards other workers. This gets normalized and management does little to nothing about it. Management covers up their mistakes when their higher ups come around. They take advantage of POC and don't empower them to speak up for themselves. Management does not understand how power and privilege work and how that can impact their work environment.
