Poor Management
Jul 26, 2021 - Certified Pharmacy Technician in Orlando, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The clinical employees are fabulous and very devoted to medicine. There are a lot of locations, so it’s easy to find a location nearer to your home. We are a teaching hospital, and the administration is very welcoming to shadowing, learning new clinical skills, and continuing education.
Cons
Administration, and most of management, is awful. They care more about paying the management’s salary than your wellbeing and whether you can afford rent. Benefits aren’t great and are expensive compared to pay. Human Resources is absolutely useless if you have an issue with anything at the company, because they’ll just talk to your manager and you will be in trouble. Each department gets to set their rules, so some are better at scheduling than others, but in general they have very poor scheduling unless you dictate a very strict schedule upon hire and do not relent.
