    Cons

My particular job required quite a bit of driving between facilities.

I have been working at Orthopaedic & Neurological Rehabilitation full-time

    Pros

Great people running the company. It's a large company with a small company atmosphere and you don't feel like just another cog in the wheel.

    Cons

Lack of a clear corporate direction and poor communication from corporate regarding direction of the company. Limited and poorly organized resources to help employees meet expectations and grow.

    Advice to Management

Need to have improved communication from the top. Need to have organized and clear clinical and business resources that managers can refer to when needed.

I have been working at Orthopaedic & Neurological Rehabilitation full-time

    Pros

ONR seems to have a dedicated management structure that values it's employees. I feel like my contributions are appreciated and valued and that I have the opportunity to make a positive impact!

    Cons

I can't think of any down sides that are specific to ONR. I definitely do recommend ONR to my colleagues as an employer. The healthcare/rehab industry as a whole is experiencing challenges with changes in Medicare, etc..ONR seems to be doing a great job navigating and getting ahead of all of that.

    Advice to Management

ONR has a very strong benefits package. I love the free CEUs & 401(K). Continue to find ways to enhance and diversity the benefit offerings, especially access to affordable medical plan(s).

    Pros

ONR is a great company! They have really good benefits, a great 401K. Great online continuing education program.

    Cons

I really can not think of any downside to working with ONR. This section requires a 20 word minimum which is sort of silly when there is only good things to say.

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing the great work you are doing. Again a 20 word minimum which is so so so so silly.

    Doesn't Recommend

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

high hourly rate, nothing much else. The high hourly rate is offset by not being offered overtime even if you work over 40 hours.

    Cons

not given the hours promised and HR is terrible when dealing with relocation reimbursement.

    Advice to Management

    Follow through with promises.
