    Cons

Some of the managers were amazing and some were your typical above everyone else types. Pretty typical for companies.

I worked at Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Enjoyed my co-workers and working with the guests. The work is not difficult, but it is physically demanding. Standing in place is the hardest part of the job.

    Cons

There has not been any evaluation process for the last two years. Consequently, no raises. Anytime they improve any of their properties, employees get no raises.

    Advice to Management

    See "Cons" above.

I have been working at Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The benefits package is excellent. PTO is better than most companies. You get to know a lot of people in a short amount of time.

    Cons

Who you know matters a great deal here. A high percentage of the management teams are related to one another in some way.

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees EQUALLY!

    Cons

Everything said was looked at as a possible threat to the company even if it was hey thos door is extreamely heavy

    Advice to Management

Get all sides of a story before taking action against the employee in question especially when something is muttered under their breath

I worked at Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The pay, benefits and hours are all competitive. The environment varies a lot depending on which casino or central service office you work at. The Casino is a much better employer than the Commission.

    Cons

Government intervention!! If the tribe would leave the casino alone they would be much more successful.

I worked at Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino (Less than a year)

    Pros

good tips with company paid benefits. I like the tuition Assistance Reimbursement that will allow to pay for college.

    Cons

it is incredibility easy to be let go or the passive aggressive behavior from general staff will want to make you want to quit so they can earn more tips. I worked for them before and used their TAP assistance to return to college, I was let go and when I was rehired I still owed them money from before for attending college. greedy company and employees
