I have been working at Osher Marin JCC as an intern (More than 5 years)

    Pros

It's a building full of life young to old. Great programs and staff. It's welcoming to all Jewish or not. Many in senior roles are truly decent people. Nice cafe with a good selection and an employee discount. Great gym and pool area.

    Cons

Pay is low, morale is very low. Benefits are so so and there is no 401k for non Union staff. Key players are not engaged with staff in the way they should be with a "one team" mentality. A very top heavy organizational structure.

    Advice to Management

This would be a totally awesome place to work if management practiced what they preach and led by example
