    Pros

The people there are awesome! We could all relate to one another in a very difficult environment for never knowing if the company was going to go under or not.

    Cons

    Unstable environment.
    No area for growth.
Too many CEOs have gone in and out of this company.

    Advice to Management

The board should just sell the company as they have no idea how to run an organzation.

    Pros

A lot of employees really care about the business. I was rewarded for my hard work.

    Cons

Toxic culture. Imbalance of performance expectations. Senior management used fear tactics. Company is sinking quickly - horrible cash management and abuses of power.

    Advice to Management

They've already done it - they fired the CEO. A step in the right direction, but don't think it will be enough to turn around the company.
