    Pros

Job comfort means job security, and that can lead to less anxiety. Without the constant worry and stress of losing your job or trying to over-perform to keep your job, you live and work your day-to-day with relative ease. You can voice your opinion without fear of repercussions. You can put away for your retirement or send Jane to private school. In an era when a good many people are unemployed, any sense of job comfort can instill a deep sense of gratitude, fortune and luck

    Cons

Job comfort likely also means you get along with your co-workers, which is the greatest indicator of job satisfaction. You look forward to going to work, joke with your colleagues and get to avoid the dreaded office politics and manipulations. And when you don’t have to deal with snarky or inefficient co-workers, you’re also more productive and happier and healthier at your job.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps you can take a little longer after lunch and start a blog. Or maybe you take the hour before quitting time to land a side gig and make some extra cash. Or maybe you just use the openings in your schedule to de-stress. You can shut your doors and your eyes and start a meditation habit. Ah, the possibilities!

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Good company spirit
Good benefits (especially if you work in Germany)
Some good people in the middle management and senior positions

    Cons

    Not best in class
    Not enough good senior management
Not a good place for young people to develop their skills
Job security, promotions, and benefits usually go to Germans, rather than local employees in offices outside of Germany
Senior management more concerned with what to eat for lunch than understanding and implementing best in class practices
    Company not very profitable anymore

    Advice to Management

Get rid of incapable senior management (at the Group level and subsidiaries)
    Too much politics
    Reward performance
    Too much internal conflict.

    Pros

    - Gute Arbeitsatmosphäre
    - Starke Unternehmenskultur

    Advice to Management

Generell rate ich dem Management: Weiter so! Natürlich gibt es immer kleine Dinge, die verbessert werden können, aber die Behandlung der Mitarbeiter ist sehr fair.
