I worked at Our Lady of the Lake (Louisiana) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good, collaborative team to work with; given more opportunities to learn within my role. I worked on a pretty busy unit, and I enjoyed the challenges faced everyday.

    Cons

Shift scheduling was difficult at times. I was in grad school full-time, so sometimes, I'd get scheduled to work on days that I was unavailable. Getting coverage was sometimes challenging.
