I have been working at Our Lady of the Lake (Louisiana) full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Large trauma center facility. Good people to work with.

    Cons

Terrible pay and working conditions. High RN turnover (despite magnet status…), constantly short staffed, lots of new RNs and losing the seasoned experienced ones.

    Advice to Management

Pay your staff better, hire better ancillary staff, work on retaining your employees.
