I worked at Outback Steakhouse part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly and fun people to work with, okay for quick money and convenient location if you are using public transport.

    Cons

Some staff and managment are cliqueish. You will not make enough money here unless you know how to speak basic restraunt japanese. I could have been fired for saying tip is not included please tip, but the trade off is not making rent.

I worked at Outback Steakhouse part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The coworkers are like a family; they're all very welcoming. It's a fun work environment.

    Cons

The management is very bad. They don't really do their job. They're often unprepared and inconsistent in their discipline. Ex: They'll get mad at one person for doing something while two other people will be allowed to do said thing.

    Advice to Management

Maybe you should be more consistent with the rules and be more understanding of your employees.
