    always busy, cut on time and fairly, at least 100 per shift

    Cons

    menu is geared toward savings, so lots of promos to deal with

    Advice to Management

    cut back on the promos it makes the restaurant look desperate.

    -good food disc
    -decent tips

    seems to be going downhill with new owners
    no more employee fun like sport tournaments or holiday parties

    Advice to Management

    to higher management/ owners please allow the store to be ran as it was before you stepped in "dont try to fix something that isnt broken"

    Standard restaurant job that was great during high school. Getting paid cash (tips) every night was a plus, worked with some cool people around the same age.

    I worked very hard as a host, had to bus tables and do somewhat labor intensive tasks.

    Can make a lot of money serving. Usually a great staff to work with.

    Dealing with unsatisfied customers who do not understand the restaurant industry and how it works.

    Listen to your employees and make smart decisions based on recommendations they give you. It will end up making working 6+ hours together run a lot more smoothly.
