    I worked at Outback Steakhouse part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    it was a very nice environment when i was in the workplace, i got along very well with my coworkers. the tips were amazing, almost as much as my whole paycheck.

    Cons

    poor management. manager had a negative attitude when problems arose. manager always scheduled me as closer and declined my requests for days off.
