        Pros

Well, sometimes the pros just can’t outweigh the cons.

        Cons

I had posted a 3 star before and HR gave some terrible reply. I couldn’t edit it so I’m making a replacement. You know, I'm just an internet stranger and this is just my opinion. I had to RESIGN it was so bad. I even stayed in through Christmas to make sure it went ok. But I had to quit because they wouldn’t take any steps to fix the problem. Then you know what they did? 2 years later they appealed the $2300 I got in unemployment. Lucky me I had a recording of HR on my last day so they withdrew the appeal. Imagine what they would’ve tried to do if I hadn’t safeguarded myself??? Imagine what they do to employees who aren’t distrusting enough to record them. 1) The company, internet my opinion, routinely engages in unethical and possibly illegal behavior. 2) When challenged on these things the company’s position is to close ranks and protect the status quo. 3) The company uses its position as a church-affiliated organization to justify, in some weird way, their bad behavior. Sometimes openly. 3) They underpaid me for 2021 just to add insult to my injury. The company is absolutely rotting from the head down and lots of people smell it but everyone seems to think it’s an isolated incident.

Thank you for sharing your perspective, and it’s regrettable the pain you’re still experiencing. Our commitment to our staff and our 5 Core Values remains unwavering. Each day we work with our leadership and staff to make Outreach a best-in-class workplace and to live the value of "Continuous Improvement" and “Integrity” for the sake of our customers, but especially our dedicated staff. We don't always get it right. But, when issues are brought to our attention we address the problem head-on with as much objectivity and speed that honors all parties’ due process in investigations. Thank you for being a catalyst for the positive changes that have resulted following your departure. We wish you well in your future endeavors.

I finished third round of interviews but realized there’s an experience that isn’t on my resume (since it’s not directly related to the jobs I’m applying for) nor did I mention it in the interview process, but it would actually be great for me to leverage and demonstrates a relevant skill for the role. Is it worth emailing and dropping a quick note about it, or should I leave it?

I have a supply chain & inventory manager interview coming up for a museum. Can anyone provide me some insight on what questions I should be prepared for? What key points to highlight during my interview? Any tips and advice is appreciated!

I finished final round interview. Should I send a thank you letter to everyone or only to people where I have something interesting to add on. I interviewed with the hiring manager twice already and sent thank you emails. He never responds, should I even bother to send him one more since we talked again in the final round? HR said I wouldn’t hear back until late next week earliest. It sounds like they still have to wrap up final rounds with other people. I don’t want them to forget me.
