    Pros

    Set own schedule and get to consult one-on-one with great authors.

    Cons

    Lower Management not consistent with what is expected for everyone on their team

    Upper management need to be more involved

    Set your own schedule and work from home.

    Cons

    Some of the reviews are by current management
    Bad products
    Very little pay
    Greedy upper management out of touch with contractors
    No training
    No one willing to help you but you are expected to work with authors
    Unrealistic portrayal of company
    Change to pay with no warning
    Constant company restructuring
    Everyone is upset
    Terrible company morale

    Advice to Management

    Try harder and start trying to please your workers instead of working them for little to nothing g

    Pros

    Work from home, make your own hours, take your work anywhere you go

    Cons

    Isolating, lack of training, paid holidays, vacations discouraged, you must pay your replacement and absorbent amount of money to fill in for you, AND train them, expect lots of work for minimal pay

    Advice to Management

    Respond to requests for phone calls, emails, respect your Contractors, initiate bonuses & incentives, encourage advancement

    They do great printing with their children's books.

    Cons

    Too many illustrators makes for a lot of competition to get jobs

    Need more communication which is only by email for freelancers
