If you want a real job, don't go with Outsource. EVER. #miserablecompany

Nothing, really. Except maybe you get free water from the fountain at work.
Cons
The people. You are with them everyday and they are the most condescending, disrespectful, miserable and cocky individuals you will ever meet. I used to love going to work and I used to be so damn proud I work at Outsource, but I can't say the same now. It's not a stable job -- at least 1 person quits/gets fired from the company AND the pay is realllllly low for all the work you have to put in. When you start, you earn $33,500/year. Also, the management is harassing you constantly with numbers, numbers, numbers. Plus, management doesn't care about you or your feelings... they just care about making a profit.

Pros
Plenty of work. They have plenty of jobs to send you to. They have kept me local for the most part, but it is not always better to be local.
Cons
Lowest pay I have seen in over 10 years without a way to do better unless you quit!

Pros
Outsource hired very talented and capable employees.
Cons
The pay structure was male dominated and partial to the males in the organization. Not a lot of trust in this organization. It starts at the top. Lead by fear and intimidation.

Good location and nice office.
Cons
The operation people here will step over you and lie to get ahead. Upper management is one big mess. Pay well below average.

Pros
relaxed dress code open environment healthy snacks some people can be fun to work with
Cons
This is honestly the worst place to work at. I have never felt so defeated and unwanted in my life. The office is a toxic environment and will make you gain anxiety. Do not expect to get praise for anything that you do and managers will constantly cuss you out and say inappropriate jokes. They will talk to you and other temporary employees like they are not work anything and they will never pay them their worth. If you are considering working here, DONT. I know people say only bitter employees right negative reviews but I am not bitter. I just want to make sure that nobody else endures this negative environment. If you have other offers, please consider taking them.

Pros
The positive is the fact that I met some really cool people in training and my fellow office recruiter is bomb.com.
Cons
Everything, seriously. The CEO needs to be on medication. Someone needs to read the new DSM criteria and diagnose him with something. The company as a whole is horrendous. The base pay sucks depending on your market and the 'unlimited' commission they promise you is a joke. Everything is tiered, meaning Outsource profits way more than you ever will off of your placements. You're expected to be 'on call' all hours of the day and night. Heaven forbid if you attempt to get a few hours of sleep and don't answer a call at 6:45 in the morning. Turn and burn should be the new motto of Outsource. They claim to spend so much money to send employees to training and to pay their salaries, yet they would rather fire you if you aren't performing to their standards or meeting their metrics instead of investing in you and training you. You know there's an issue when an HR employee quits within weeks of being hired. They promote the most undeserving people to higher positions. Seems like being pretty (according to Outsource standards), dumb, and submissive are the standards for being promoted. Oh I forgot to mention the convenience factor. It's a little scary when the company is primarily ran by a bunch of 20 something year olds. That in itself spells disaster. They also expect you to make 250 cold calls a week while fitting in 5+ interviews. I don't know who they expect you to call each and every week, but that metric is a joke. Especially in developing markets and markets that have a lot of staffing competition. Don't bother asking the people that have 'come up through the ranks' for help. They are worthless and give you 'typical Outsource' answers. Heaven forbid if you need a day off and want to use the PTO that you actually earn after your 90 days. It's like a freaking inquisition just to take time off. I would rather be unemployed than work for that miserable company ever again. I hear the strip clubs are always hiring. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy and I hate her.
