Pros
Great people. Ability for growth. Cool diversity of clients/projects.
Cons
Remote work is tough on morale.

Pros
Plenty of opportunities to work with local businesses in the Capital District, and see your work in the world.
Cons
Poor organization, little to no process, consistent hot mess, totes themselves as a X year old startup - which is not a good thing when you're in there. Leadership doesn't seem to care too much on your growth in the business or compensating you for the amount of times they will have you bend over backwards. Great place to go to burn out, but meet extremely talented creative.
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
creative, collaboration, inspired ownership, open-minded, non-corporate structure
Cons
sometimes try to do too much - but that's because they try to push their boundaries.

Pros
Insanely talented and just as insanely underpaid designers
Cons
A company stuck in its own way. Amateur leadership with limited ability and a white knuckle grip on control. This is nothing more than your typical local shop making typical low quality local ads. No ideation, no thought, just go go go.

Pros
The staff are incredibly talented at what they do. The creative work is unparalleled. The staff are very tight-knit and like family. Laughs are heard daily.
Cons
Lack of systems in place makes for constant miscommunication, disorganization, and rapid turnover. Lack of accountability produces poor or immeasurable results.

Pros
Learned a lot and had a lot of hands on experience. Great exposure and the director is willing to teach.
Cons
The only con was that they weren’t hiring when the internship ended. Everyone is nice and welcoming. Work space is opened out, no closed offices.

Pros
The Overit crew consists of really talented people with various specialties that, together, produce excellent work for the agency's clients. The renovated church provides a really inspiring and friendly work environment. Days are both fast-paced and filled with laughs, even as a lot of client work gets done. Teamwork is great. There is a lot of opportunity to learn about different aspects of marketing and advertising, and coworkers are willing to teach those who want to try new things.
Cons
Days can be unpredictable, but that's not unlike most agencies with numerous clients who have urgent needs.

Pros
Good environment, awesome talent, fun place to work.
Cons
Can be stressful and extremely fast paced

Pros
The talent. Amazingly talented coworkers.
Cons
Everything that's not the talent. Awful management, petty issues dominated everyday life. Pay was below half of what my peers earned at other similar shops, less than half of what major employers in similar industries pay. Constant fear of unemployment both between poor management decisions and idle threats made every day felt like a gamble with your livelihood. Incredibly high stress with no reward. Stay away.
