Amazing benefits, way above average 401K matching and stock options, 12 weeks maternity leave. Focused on sustainability. Leadership is interested in the employee growth, always supporting new initiatives and innovation.

Pros
Owens Corning leadership model is built on the concepts of Connection and Challenge. At the core there is a desire to have a personal connection with employees and make sure employees feel included. As an employee, I have also been challenged to grow in my skills and continue to push myself towards levels I didn't think I could achieve. It is a fast paced environment but not cut throat.
Cons
There is a struggle to prioritize work at times with so many important projects that people are asked to be involved in. The pace can be daunting but the culture allows you to step away and reflect to refocus.

Not a competitive environment. People not performing stay in their position and in order to grow in organization it has to be relationship based as compared to performance based.
