Management is doing well, they assess and choose participants well, do continue providing training and partner with a greater number of businesses

    Pros

Good salary compared to similar jobs in other organisations, can easily change between Departments or Central Administration which offers insight into a lot of different processes (HR, Finance etc), good education programme and great possibilities to go up the career ladder, also good maternity cover and a lot of jobs are permanent (at least for now).

    Cons

Occasionally, processes are dealt with more slowly than in private industry, can be challenging to work with Academics as admin staff member, but that's a minor point.

    Advice to Management

I can't really give any advise to the management.
