    I worked at Oxylane full-time

    Pros

    nice atmosphere to enjoy an mingle; fun meetings with the exclusive purpose to create bonds amongst employees; no brains required.

    Cons

    little to learn in each job; low ambition of the bosses; not much career expectations for people who are not friends with the boss.

    Advice to Management

    managers know very well the company and also know how to manipulate; my advise goes to the stake holders whom are being robed everyday: open your eyes and see how people are REALLY being treated by managers.

    I have been working at Oxylane full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    A lot of projects to participate as the company grows fast all over the world;
    Quite easy to be promoted given you show good results in time and all goals achieved;
    Good work-life balance, no need to spend long hours at work, sometimes offered to work distantly.

    Cons

    Too much bureaucracy, and the headquarters staff is not an exception;
    Very economical approach to any needs (sometimes it's annoying);
    Lack of vertical control since many employees are extremely autonomous in their decisions.

    Advice to Management

    Keep a strict hierarchy, establish efficiency of all departments and never economize on the staff!
