I have been working at Oysho full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company always makes sure to locate you in a shop where you can get easily and cares about the employees, always making sure we are ok and keeping track of our development, another factor was that clients were very nice too and we even had regulars, the job itself was very entertaining and fun, we also had the introduction to RFiD so it was very fun to learn that as well. The working atmosphere was very nice. Colleages super nice and caring, good teamwork and fair rotations of daily tasks so you always have something new to learn within the shop

I have been working at Oysho full-time for less than a year

    Pros

○Good experience if you are a fashion student. ○You get to know better how the industry is working, how shops are working, you get to see first the new collections of the brand. ○Beautiful clothes

    Cons

•Overtime work, you are not getting paid for working more hours but you have to. •No discount for staff. ( i know.. crazy..) •Managers belittle you sometimes. •Understaff •Almost everyday is stressful •Stupid customers •Everyday you feel pain on your back and legs.. •You don't have life anymore because you just don't have time.. you are working constantly and you feel euxhasted everyday. •Sometimes you get to work for more than 11 days in a row without a day off. •The local CEO who comes occasionally and stress the hell out of you and your managers because he never likes anything. •The managers that make you seem like a loser in front of customers even when ypu are right but they just yell at you because they can.

I have been working at Oysho full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The experience of a high paced company, working under pressure, nice and young colleagues, lunch prices are low compared to having to eat out everyday.

    Cons

Handicap of a Low salary, also an hour bus ride from Barcelona city, working under obsolete procedures, growing opportunities are not very clear

    Advice to Management
