    I have been working at P.F. Chang's part-time

    Pros

Managers are super nice and willing to help you do better. Benefits are free meals at the end of the night and 25% to 50% off meals.

    Cons

The company no longer trains on food running which is a secondary job that requires almost as much training as serving for those who don't serve.

    I have been working at P.F. Chang's full-time

    Pros

A lot of companies brag about an open door policy within their workplace. PF Changs takes it to heart. All of the staff at the Restaurant Support Office (Corporate) are helpful and friendly, despite their position (even up to C level). It's probably the first time out of many jobs that i can honestly say i look forward to going into the office. Its not just a job. I love what i do, and the team i work with.

    Cons

I honestly cant think of any
