        Pros

P.F Changs is an a amazing place to work. Its is excellent for a person who wants to develop and make very good moneyke very good moneyke very good money. As a back waiter i make a good hourly pay and make very good tips for the amount of hours i am there. No one is promoted here without working for it, management helps the people that help p.f changs customers and their image. As a backwaiter it is your job to run food in a fast pace and leave the guest with their food. While dropping off the food you must be pleasant and know the names of the dishes; Then rush back to get more food. The thing about our kitchen is there is two sides and one side has heavy trays (entree) and the other side (pantry) has smaller/lighter trays. So both males and females whether weak or strong can do this job. Basically if you do your job and do it well you can make good money and have the oppurtunity to progress inside P.F Changs. I have been with the company for two months and I am already trained in Take-out and am in the process of becoming a certified trainer for new backtrainers. So P.F Changs is an awesome place to work.

        Cons

If you are not a good harworking person you will not succeed at p.f changs. It is not possible for you to be promoted from a backwaiter to a server if you suck at backwaiting.

I did my initial interview with a “better established” startup and they said the interview process is 5 interviews. 3 technical then 1 interview with the CEO then another technical interview. Idk about you but that seems like a lot of interviews and they said they want to do it as fast as possible in a short time span. Is this a normal amount of interviews? Is this a red flag? For a full stack software position 4-5 years exp how much salary should be the norm in a hcol area?

Is it unprofessional to attend a Zoom interview from within your car? I am currently employed and just landed an interview for tomorrow. It is a virtual interview over Zoom. Should I try to find somewhere besides my car for the interview? I don't know that I could but wanted to get yalls thoughts on this.

Has talent acquisition ever called you after a final interview to inform you that you DIDN’T receive the position?
