Good corporate finance experience, lots of interesting nuances and exposure to international rules and regulations. Good people, made some friends.
Cons
Long hours. Chaotic disorganized departments, not very receptive to new ideas on how to improve the process. Worked almost 7 days a week, which burned me out very very quickly.

Good people, there's nothing else I can think about
Cons
Chaotic processes, lack of communication, no encouragement of initiative. Had many ideas to improve processes to streamline work flow, not approved under various excuses. Lots of work is senseless re-doing of the same mundane task because corporate requirements change weekly, if not daily.

Pros
It is similar to most Afghanistan contract jobs. The usual 2 PTO a year. The pay is a little on the low end for a mechanic in Afghanistan, but coworkers and immediate management are all pretty good people.
Cons
They have been known to change policy without notice. HR representatives are damn near impossible to get a hold of.
