    Pros

Large company with a long reputation and brand in the industry.

    Cons

The company is too large and sometimes seems disorganized. I think this comes from numerous acquisitions with full intergration.

I worked at PAREXEL full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some colleges are good people and are always willing to help and understand the meaning of team work. The health insurance is really good.

    Cons

The systems are always failing, and that cause a lot of rework. Line managers fails to provide clear directions, also fail to trust and listen when an employee needs help. Throw employees under the bus. If you are looking for a serious and permanent job parexel is not your best option.

    Advice to Management

Managers spent too much time making unreasonable meetings or events. If you don't have enough time to complete your tasks this kind of things are a lost of time. After those kind of events you will have to work extra hours to complete pending tasks.

    I worked at PAREXEL full-time

    Pros

Good stepping stone for entry level employees and ability to gain decent experience. Good health benefits. Flexible working environment and hours.

    Cons

No room for advancement, poor salaries and very poor management. Parexel lies to clients stating that PAREXEL and PAREXEL Informatics are one company but this is not true. PI employees are treated poorly by Parexel employees and it is very demeaning. Many PI employees have left due to this culture. There is a huge amount of disconnect within the company ever since Parexel started to crush employees with so much corporate policy. The company continues to create new demands for employees but then lays more people off.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate good employees and probably award them. Clean out upper management and promote people within the company to these roles. They're the ones who actually know what they are doing.
