    Pros

Work when I wanted ( which was almost always).

    Cons

No support system at all. They won't even acknowledge your presence.

    Advice to Management

Start treating people as human beings.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at PARS as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Good work/life balance and helpful work environment. When out doing field work, the company would pay for the gas of your trip which was nice. Great opportunity to grow.

    Cons

It sometimes felt like I was in the office for over 8 hours a day, but other days days I would be able to leave earlier. It was hard to tell when I would be there til.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be helpful to new interns and keep the work site fun. The company should continue to offer opportunities to grow.

    Pros

Professional corporate environment, Plenty of paid leave time

    Cons

They don't pay their best employees enough to make them stay around. You can make more doing temp work

    Positive Outlook

I worked at PARS full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Very nice coworkers, family atmosphere. Not overly formal office. Sponsored functions are great (e.g. baseball games, picnics, etc.). Pay is not the best at lower levels but ok.

    Cons

Small company so upward mobility is limited. A bit nepotistic environment. Certain employees/roles have a heavy workload, while a few others freeload. Very top-heavy company. Some smart people at the company but not too many educated in business and have particularly great management skills.

    Advice to Management

Don't grind everything you can out of your hard workers without being more watchful of the others. You'll end up losing your best employees and with turnover at lower levels.

    Pros

Small company, busy office, great health insurance plans, as company pays most towards insurance premium and possible bonus may be offered. Also, this company watches out for the employees and tries their best to make sure the employee is having a good experience.

    Cons

There really aren't any cons of working for this company. The only con would be if you do not like working for a small, private company.

    Pros

I enjoy being able to help people who would normally not be able to purchase a vehicle get approved...... also we help people to reestablish or establish their credit by reporting to all 3 credit bureaus

    Cons

The hours are long and sometimes grueling 9am to 9pm 6 days a week

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Some of the best reasons to work here include: compensation, comraderie amongst co workers, flexibility in scheduling time off, gaining a better understanding of how public entities are managed, and over all balance of daily job functions.

    Cons

Some downsides include: entrenched senior management that acts at best indifferently towards employees who are entrusted with the lion's share of the work load, and with neglect towards their employee's path of advancement, promotions, and over all neglect of review of job performance and accomplishments; And, at worst engages in petty back channel rumor mongering and other forms of schoolyard behaviour. It must be noted that a strong sense of nepotism is at work here that exacerbates an already toxic environment and has contributed to a high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

Advice to Senior Management would be to look closely at the example set by Executive Management and try to emulate their exemplary form and attitude.
