Collaborating with a global workforce, regular recognition for individual contributions, strong interest from individual managers and organizational leadership to support their employees and improve the company (and culture) however they can.
Cons
Work life balance can be challenging given the many different time zones of staff working together... someone is always working/emailing.

- The best and the brightest in global health work there. - Great benefits. - Very supportive workplace (ie good work life balance). - Good opportunities for professional growth.
