    Pros

There are no pros at all.

    Cons

    Heartless, unprofessional, lazy, gossiping pigs.

    Advice to Management

I was treated like absolute trash here. I waited over TWO months to even start working here. They kept dodging my calls forgetting to email/call me back. I was not given any information at all about what to expect until literally the day before. I was let go on my first day because I was not dressed how they expected me to, but how was I supposed to know what was appproriate when I was given nothing to go on? This place is a joke and I would highly recommend that if you're thinking of working here, that you don't. The women inside are lazy and gossip about everyone that comes in after they leave. Don't waste your time on this place.

Integrity is of the highest caliber.
People are friendly. Compensation is excellent.
Willing to listen to suggestions and ideas to improve processes.

    Cons

Too far from where I live to make banking here a reality. They need more Louisville locations.
Not enough work to keep me busy for 40 hours.

I worked at PBI Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people you work with everyday are like family. Everyone is on the ship together. Benefits are OK. Depending on the branch you work at, the customers are really great. They have banked with PBI for a very long time and know the owners.

    Cons

Lots of upper management changes. Everyone runs on minimal staffing. On the flip side, some of the customers like to ask for favors because they know the owners of the bank. Also, there was a lot of negativity among the ranks. It was obvious that people weren't happy.
