I have been working at PBP Media full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's hard coming across a company where you can shake the hand of the owner. Not only can you do that at PBP but you can also enjoy a slice of pizza or a small hello while passing through the halls. Great atmosphere and great co workers!

    Cons

Located in a corporate maze and can be cunfusing to find.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the morale!

I worked at PBP Media full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hard to think of... Super low base pay, old computers, ugly building. Matt is cool and trying to turn this ship around, he has a long road ahead.

    Cons

This company is built on scams. They sign unsuspecting people up for audio conferences and monthly write ups in a fast read format for busy execs. No Bueno...

I have been working at PBP Media full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

PBP Media is run as a lean operation, so everyone wears multiple hats with very little bureaucracy.

If you're interested in a particular area or have an idea, you're given the freedom, opportunity, and support to drive it.

There's been steady growth the past 4 years with no signs of slowing down.

    Cons

There are many divisions within the company so it is always a challenge to get resourcing for IT projects.

    Advice to Management

    Keep focusing on long term.
