*PCM is committed to promoting from within
    *Wonderful executive leadership
    *Good company culture

PCM does a great job of attracting top-notch talent. In addition to employees being good at their jobs, they're also really good people at heart. I have made a lot of friends here. Great job for a person that's willing to work hard.

    Cons

PCM has experienced rapid growth through several acquisitions. We are experiencing the normal growing pains of rebranding & re-introducing ourselves to customers who may have known us by a different name or who were unaware of all of the services that we can, now, offer.

    Advice to Management

    Upward & onward!

I worked at PCM full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The coworkers were great to work with and created a positive environment.

    Cons

Outdated sales information and a poor management team that tried to lead with pressure and confusion, instead of education and skill.

    Advice to Management

Choose a path for the company and stick with it. The clear lack of company direction makes it difficult to represent the company from a sales perspective.
