Employees were efficient at fulfilling the company's primary mission

Disorganized and leadership wasn't good at translating vision to employees. Management glorified the sales department and didn't care about the other departments.

    Advice to Management

Take a more wholistic approach when providing service.

    Pros

The office is fun. People are great.

    Cons

The company itself changes gears every other day. Hard to believe they are such a large company. The processes are all awful, HR is awful, not many good things to say about it. They even messed up my pay a few times.
