    Pros

    Co-workers were excellent. we helped develop and encourage each other to be all we could be even if told otherwise by management

    Cons

    don't train their employees well
    turning to more of a call center than actual recruiting
    hire managers who are not managers, more focused on their own development

    Advice to Management

    Please train your managers on how to property manage their people.
    Stick to your word on things, don't tell employees once thing and do the opposite

    Pros

    Broaden computer experiences so that I can help others to be comfortable using IT equipment! My love and desire working and teaching others !

    Cons

    Not knowing but willingness to learn. If my employment requires me to travel to other parts of the world I will, but missing my family.

    Be more passionate and understanding to subordinates.

    Pros

    the company is a good starting point for recruiter, after the experience it is better to move on to something better with clearly defined growth pathway.

    Cons

    compensation structure is horrible
    some branches are better supported than the others
    the company have no clear focus on its core competencies and industries.

    Advice to Management

    Improve your communication structures.
    Review your outdated commission structure for recruiters
