    I have been working at PFA Pension full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Market leader in the Danish pension market

    Cons

    No focus on employee wellbeing and development
    Toxic company culture focused on blaming and shaming
    Silo thinking - really bad communication between departments
    Unrealistic approach to ressource allocation and performance goals
    Many employees and team managers dont even have higher education
    Very oldfashioned

    Advice to Management

    FYI - Allan Pollack is CEO and not Henrik Heideby

    I worked at PFA Pension part-time

    Pros

    Good name on your resume, salary is comparable to what you'd otherwise get in a similar job

    Cons

    It seemed like they had no idea how to handle a student assistant. Once I was asked to get a hotdog for the boss.. literally. Obviously I said no, because I thought he was joking. I was fired a month later
