I worked at PGR Media (Less than a year)
Thoughtful collaboration with senior employees. Extensive exposure to the media planning process.
Part-time internships, not always a constant flow of work to be done for interns.
I have been working at PGR Media full-time (More than 5 years)
Lots of opportunity for direct client contact, being able to own projects and accounts, and to be involved with every type of medium. The agency has been growing a lot, and the account lists are fun- everything from fashion to travel to footwear, so it's more interesting than you find at a lot of other agencies. There's plenty of growth opportunity and there are options to move around on different accounts, so things don't get boring. Since this is a smaller agency, you have direct contact to CEO, CFO and senior management, and they will listen to any feedback you have.
With the constant growing, there have been some growing pains, but management has worked hard to address them and to keep everyone happy.

Extremely talented people, great clients, and you have the ability to have your hands in everything. There is also a lot of growth opportunity-it is easy to shine and showcase your strengths. Unique access to all of the senior leadership and the CEO. Work/life balance is also great
At times there is some disorganization, but overall there are very few cons/things I would change.
