- People are fairly treated - Career growth is prioritised by leaders and managers - Had a great culture with plenty of functions before COVID-19 - Lots of free food and drinks in the office - Not afraid to push back on unreasonable or unrealistic client demands

- Sharp decline in culture after COVID-19 with an unusually high junior staff turnover (although this is likely industry-wide) - Pay is reportedly lower than the industry average and can be very difficult to secure a pay rise - Training and extra-curricular activity overload

Senior Management concern for the work and life balance of employees plus commitment to retain and develop performing employees even in the face of business changes that might typically require a work reduction. Agency culture....it's a nice place to work with people who generally work hard and treat each other with respect.

PHD Chicago is small enough that it is very easy to gain visibility with top management. The office culture was very positive and fun. The office is located in the heart of downtown Chicago, very easy to get to from all types of public transit, and located in a building with every fast food restaurant you could imagine.
Cons
As with any agency, turnover is very high. The turn over rate was 70% when I was working there. PHD Chicago struggles with winning new clients but has a very solid relationship with the current ones.
