I worked at PHH Corp as a contractor

    Pros

On the local level the group was small, but very knowledgable and supportive.

    Cons

Upper Management was distant and seemed always on the verge of upheaval. This sense of instability and hierarchical status stroking and favoritism that created a sense of uncertainty for some.

    Advice to Management

Foster stability and bottom-up rewards as well as understand the unique mindset of creative thinkers. They don't do well in the boxes that fit accountants and the data-driven.

    Pros

Good company to work for in terms of their training program. Co workers are also a plus and willing assist one another

    Cons

Low base salary. Uncertain future with their recent layoffs in the past two years.

    Advice to Management

My advice is to simply listed to the employees working there. Listed to everyday person on the floor doing the hard labor. Not just the supervisor/ director sitting inside an 8 ft wall just concerned about keeping their posh job,
