    Pros

Looks good on resume (are they still relevant? haha, their importance is fading)

    Cons

If you like waking up with dread and constantly existing in it, this is the place for you. VPs/SVPs get off making you uncomfortable and micromanaging every bit of the work you do. Learning curve stagnates for the associate program as you mostly do monkey work. The culture is very show face, white & fratty. Not many women here and it shows in how ignorant the men are. Teams hate each other and constantly whine and bad-mouth each other. And this is just scratching the surface lollll

    High Degree of Self-Interest

    Dec 3, 2022 - Anonymous Employee

    Business Outlook

    Pros

There is some exceptional talent at the firm and joining a great team of working with an exceptional manager can be a wonderful experience.

    Cons

I was disappointed by the actions of a few people in senior leadership positions whose words and actions were not aligned. There are visible examples of leaders who are more aggressive and impulsive than thoughtful. There is a relatively high degree of self-entitlement and negativity embedded in the culture. Many of the more inspirational leadership who truly cared about the organization and employees have left.
