This company is okay and suitable who are not expect more salary and who are not a technology geek or who are not expecting too much on carrier growth.
Cons
Managers won't listen if you suggest any technology improvements on projects or won't listen even if you provide any suggestions with respect to the solutions for test management issues in the project especially in automation testing.

I’m a PK Lead, $1,680/m, Winter break (Is paid for after two years) and we teach year round with summer camp July & August. The cost of living where I live (Rhode Island) is around $1,200 for rent alone. It’s almost impossible to live off of what I make.
