    Pros

It's hard to list pros. I would say the people. It's hard to build any relationships or mingle with departments without being monitored or feeling like you are being watched or micromanaged for talking to your coworkers. The people they manage to get in the door are good hearted and it's sad that much of us fell for the false recruiting tactics they used or things they omitted or didn't understand or know (all people involved in recruitment process - recruiter to owner).

    Cons

So many to list! Owner doesn't talk to people and there isn't really room for growth. Pay is low and he believes everyone is replaceable. You see a lot of turnover in all departments. Products aren't that great compared to competitors and how they go to market. Sales team has constant turnover. U.S. Employees are only about 50 or less. Most employees are in India. Benefits are extremely expensive because there is a small amount of U.S. employees who are enrolled. No 401k (has a SEP that's not great), only 2 weeks of vacation and it never increases with tenure.

    Advice to Management

Start paying your employees what the market pays; look at employees and value them; remember that the longer you keep them the lower your costs are to replace and train employees, which should increase your profits and make employee engagement higher.

I have been working at PMAM full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good opportunities as company is a solution provider for many US and UK clients.

Customer-centric employee engagement. Over the decade have seen organic growth in the company. Working here gives me global perspective. Getting experience in managing multiple projects on different domains.

    Cons

Compensation is good but would be great to receive more benefits and perks.

    Advice to Management

Change alone is eternal, perpetual, immortal.

    Pros

0 oversight or direction from ANYONE!

    Cons

Terrible product, incompetent leadership, completely BS job offer when you realize the commission structure is impossible to reach...the list goes on. I initially did not take the offer, I came back and asked if it was still an option, because it sounded amazing but something just didn't sit right....should have stuck with my initial gut instinct.

No pros, other than most employees there exclusive of management are good.

    Cons

Company hires quickly and terminates even quicker. Beware about what you are told there.

    Pros

co-workers were fun and enjoyable - I've made life long friends there who had also left because of the horrible treatment we all faced.

    Cons

Expensive health benefits, no 401k, and owner believes people are expendable/ replaceable and has no desire to retain employees.

The culture in the office is toxic and suffocating.

Employees do not have a voice and ideas and suggestions are unwelcomed. Socialization and attempting to create a welcoming/fun environment is frowned upon. The way they treat women is unlawful and will most likely see a law suit.

There was no HR for almost half the year and when they did hire someone - she left almost immediately because she is a great person and couldn't condone their treatment of their employees.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees and be encouraging instead of beating them down daily/weekly. Treat people with respect.

I have been working at PMAM full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have not been with the company a great length of time but I have found it to be a very good place so far. I have enjoyed the work and the ability to present idea and thoughts that are actually listened to and considered for implementation into my department. I think that its a great place to be able to leave an imprint if that's what you are looking for.

    Cons

So far I have not come across a downside. I did read a lot of negative reviews before joining this organization but so far I have not found those to be true or accurate. While I don't think that everything is perfect, I have not found some of the problems that other people seem to have found and I am glad that I did not let those comments influence my decision on coming here.

    Advice to Management

I think that we should look at implementing summer hours. I have heard other companies do this during the summer months and the employees work 4 ten hour days and leave early on Friday's. Just a thought.
