      The worst work environment with so much of politics. People at the manager position did not show leadership skills but just nasty politics skills

      Pros

      PNBMetlife is one of the reputed company in India, its joint venture of two big brands, one is PNB( Punjab national bank) which is top nationalize bank in India and Metlife is one of best multinational repudiated insurance company.

      Cons

      I didn't find any downside of Pnbmetlife.

      THE GRANDPROTECT BUNDLE IS THEIR BEST PRODUCT BUT VERY PRICEY.

      Cons

      Commission only. Payroll 15 days late, sat in mailroom DURING Nov. And Dec. HOLIDAYS. MANAGER TOOK NO ACTION. No work life balance. POOR COMPUTER SYSTEM, took a year to fix the problems. Returns eat up commissions. Poor percentage of commissions.
