    Can be stressful, not all management is involved. Additional training and coaching would be valuable.

    PNC is a full service bank with an outstanding corporate culture. From encouragement for all associates to volunteer in PNC's Grow Up Great (early childhood development) program to a variety of career paths and growth opportunities, PNC is a great place to work.

    I do not have anything bad to say about PNC.

    Continue hiring great talent.

    Pay could be more. Other financial institutions pays more.

    I will definitely recommendation PNC. Even though they do not pay more but they have great incentive program.

    Management is focused on strategic growth and shifting to become more of a technology company vs typical bank.

    Cons

    Multiple high priority objectives have created some conflicts and resulted in employee fatigue. Pains of growth and evolution.

    Universal model and in -store have many kinks and systems need to be more user-friendly and streamlined.

    Please invest in IT and make programs with the goal of reducing the amount of clicks it takes to service a customer need.

    Salary, benefits, and retirement plan make it a good place to work.

    Cons

    Health insurance is provided but is quite expensive when you need it most. Also advancing in the company is quite difficult

    Choose a better healthcare provider!!! Don’t lowball on internal employees pay when a promotion comes around
