    Pros

PNC really cares about work-life balance. They offer plenty work from home days. As long as you get the work done, you're rewarded every day.

    Cons

It's a big company. It's not uncommon to feel like you're just a number at times.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the employees who've put the time and work in. They should be promoted, not outside hires.

    Pros

flexible vacation time, 5 paid sick days, yearly raises, bonuses based on performance, great coworkers, no late nights.

    Cons

you have to call a lot of people to try and set up appointments. some regional managers micro manage all the way down to the teller level. only a half hour for lunch.

    Advice to Management

stop micro managing, people are much happier when they don't have to reach goals every week. More manageable goals would be welcome.
