You put in a lot, and I mean a lot, of hours and this gets you absolutely nowhere. This place is run by people who need to grow up - not cool for a 40+ year old high-level executive to get kicked out of bars- and they need to learn respect for their employees. But this will never happen as they prefer to be a frat house, and if you don't fit in with them, you will not get promoted nor will you get a raise. The pay is extremely low for the Seattle area and in my opinion, a few free beers or glass of wine does NOT make up for a decent paycheck. The benefts are horrible and 401k doesnt even kick in until you've been there for 3 years, but not many people want to stay that long. This place also thinks being vulgar and saying unprofessional things is something to be proud of. There is even a weekly competition to whom said the most vulgar thing - completely unprofessional- But they think it's cool and this is what they consider "culture". When an executive has to send out an email stating condom wrappers have been found in a room used by lactating mom`s, there is a huge problem. This is the worst place I've ever worked so learn from my mistake and don't take the job! There is no salary, no benefits, rampant cronyism, and no chance for promotion. What I described above describes their culture and if you're willing to sacrife the above mentioned items for free alcohol, then this is the place for you. If not willing to make that sacrifice, look elsewhere.

Leadership is a mess, comprised of either micromanaging tacticians with no long-term plan or aloof, out of touch BS artists. Nobody in between the two extremes. On any given day, you'll get as many corporate goals as there are members of the leadership team. They seem to be more concerned with appearing to be hipsters to their own workforce as opposed to bringing value to clients.
