I have been working at PPR Talent Management Group as an intern (Less than a year)
Everyone is very helpful and friendly, the CEO is the greatest leader I have ever worked for, and the culture is fun and motivating. They take a normally stressful job and make it fun.
The hours can sometimes be long because recruiting is not a typical 8 hour a day job. Expectations are high for employees so expect to put in an extra 5-10 hours a week.
Advice to Management
Greatest management team I have worked for. They are transparent and communicate effectively to every level of the organization (even to the intern = me).
