    Pros

Great culture! Great Team. Leadership recognizes hard work and potential and gives opportunities for those who exhibit.

    Cons

Lots of fun activities, mean that when you work you work hard. (which I prefer)

I have been working at PPR Talent Management Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

As a first-year SLP I was nervous to work for a contract company, but I have to say accepting a position with PPR TMG has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! My recruiter is excellent and has been there for me every step of the way. Not only is she personable, but she checks in with me at least once a month to see how things are going. PPR really advocates for their employees and appreciates them (and it shows!). Pay and benefits are decent- they offer good health insurance and retirement plans which are both extremely important to me. I was able to get a CFY mentor as well. Overall, I would highly recommend working for this company.

    Cons

The only con I have is that there is no PTO, which has been difficult for me when I've been sick.

    Advice to Management

    Please consider offering PTO.

Thank you so much for your feedback and we absolutely will review our PTO options for possible future consideration.

I have been working at PPR Talent Management Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

My recruiter is friendly and flexible with communication. The process from application to securing a contract was easy which is important when juggling a current contract and the logistics of relocation.

    Cons

As with all travel companies there is no paid time off and the benefits are more expensive than what I previously had at a permanent position.
