I worked at PR Consulting (More than a year)

    Pros

Great clients, good office location, wonderful clothing. They really do have the best brands and do not appear to be slowing down.

    Cons

Work here if you like to be screamed at and overworked. Pierre is terrifying. I know editors who have been yelled at by him too. I cried in the hallway more times than I would like to admit.

    Advice to Management

Just be a decent human and don't degrade other people

I worked at PR Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You learn what it is like to work at a truly awful place.

    Cons

The worst place I've ever worked.
    - they make you clock in every morning like you're a child
    - they only provide 5 vacation days your first year of working
-they don't approve your vacation days up until the day before you are suppose to be off
-you're expected to constantly check your emails even during out of office hours. Your team will email you at 11pm and expect a response.
    -hostile work environment

    Advice to Management

Close your agency until you learn how to run it properly.

    Pros

I don't know why everyone says the people at PRC are catty. Everyone's super sweet, everyone works super hard and everyone's there to help each other.

You're going to meet a lot of great amazing people and be in contact with the best of the best in Fashion Editorial. You're going to work the best fashion shows and get to wear some cool clothes.

    Cons

You will work harder and longer hours than you've worked before. It's PR boot camp. This is a blessing and a curse. You give up your social life and basically your life until you get used to the routine, but afterwards you kind of feel invincible.
